consistently.
He holds a clear vision to recruit a team of high-quality professionals and developing them into winners who in turn can reach out to help more people in the industry. He is a firm believer that having the right attitude is the foundation of having a successful career in this industry, and with the right mindset and skillset, nothing is impossible.

Previously a banker with an International bank, she joined the industry wanting to have a better future. She also is conferred the title of Premier Wealth Planner and consistently ranks among the top 50 advisors in the company Furthermore, she is also a 3-time MDRT Member qualifier and believes that the biggest competition is with herself which she challenges by setting yearly performance benchmarks, each higher than the preceding year.
With close to a decade in the industry, her deep commitment and her vast knowledge in financial planning is well known and has positioned her as a trusted agent by her clients as well as a highly sought after Financial Advisor and Speaker in the industry.

From a humble background in a small town, Leon started work as a sales merchant with a local bank becoming among the top 3 producers in Malaysia when he is only 23 years old.
Moving forward, his dreams and ambitions bring him into the financial industry. Within a short period of time, he qualified for every company trips and rewards every year. Currently, he is a Unit Manager leading his own young professionals. His unique entry into this industry at a young age makes him stand out in understanding the millennial and providing them sound financial planning while still ensuring they can have an enjoyable lifestyle as before.
His passion and sincerity in protecting families by putting his clients first set him apart from the rest of his peers. He also believes self-development is very important for success and the system in AAG has given him an edge in the marketplace.
Outside of work, Leon enjoys his time playing futsal, traveling and meeting up with friends.
